Production Supervisor

Manages production line manpower and organize the efficient personnel arrangement to complete production plan Monitors and prioritizes daily production activities to ensure the optimal line efficiency conforms with planned production targets Supervises the daily production activities and ensure the process in accordance with PIC/S GMP or other certified practice requirements in all aspects Maintains a safe and hygienic working environment by directing personal training to frontline production staff, and ensures the usage of all control points, equipment, and other production-related auxiliaries complies with established policies and standard working procedures Collaborates closely with different departments to ensure product quality compliance and established manufacturing practice Liaises with external parties, contractors, and suppliers on production equipment maintenance or line rectification Accomplishes other ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in production manufacturing, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the pharmaceutical, food, or FMCG industries Able to work under pressure Hardworking, initiative, self-motivated and attentive to details Good communication, problem-solving, time management and prioritization skills Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate staff members and develop a culture of operational excellence Excellent team spirit, positive-thinking and goal-oriented spirit Benefits A career opportunity with the market leader in health product sector Casual wear everyday to enjoy your work Free shuttles from various locations Many opportunities to learn and grow together Rapid growth opportunities for strong performers.
