Position OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for a talented R&D Director to join us! In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our research and development initiatives, translating complex scientific insights into innovative health solutions. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our R&D strategy, identifying emerging market trends, and ensuring the highest standards of product quality. What you'll do:

Lead R&D Strategy - Develop, execute, and manage our R&D strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals Innovative Product Development - Direct the research team in designing, developing, and launching innovative products that support our portfolio expansion, ensuring safety, quality, and efficacy Drive R&D activities that support our portfolio innovation, exploring new technologies and formulations that meet emerging consumer demands Ensure cross functional collaboration and alignment with production, QA, QC and procurement teams for timely execution of product launches.

Build strong relationships with external partners, including academic institutions and suppliers, to access cutting-edge technology and research capabilities Stay updated on industry trends to anticipate customer needs and adjust R&D efforts accordingly Lead and mentor a team of multidisciplinary scientists to influence strategy and execute priorities. Build a roadmap to deliver projects from data feasibility, study design, and analysis to final presentations for senior cross-functional leaders Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards RequirementsWho we're looking for: Ph. D. in a science-related field (e. g.
