We’re recruiting five (5) qualified Advanced Life Support (ALS) Paramedics for a three-year fixed-term contract. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Advanced Life Support Paramedic located in Lesotho. The paramedic will be responsible for:

•      Deliver rapid pre-hospital care in emergency settings •      Perform ALS interventions (intubation, drug administration, cardiac monitoring) •      Collaborate with command centre operators, hospital teams, and EMS personnel •      Maintain detailed patient and incident records •      Support cross-border operations aligned with regional protocols •      Engage in drills, continuing education, and performance reviews Qualifications•  Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc) degree in Emergency Medical Care / Certified ALS Paramedic (HPCSA or equivalent regional board) • Familiarity with CAD and ePCR systems • Valid Code 10 driver’s license + defensive driving certificate • Fluency in English; multilingual skills advantageous • Experience with Lesotho–South Africa EMS operations preferred  We Offer• Competitive salary and shift allowances • Professional development and training opportunities • Fixed 3-year contract with renewal possibilities • Active role in an innovative EMS system  Application InstructionsSubmit your CV, certification copies, and a motivation letter to:
