So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on.About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vitality Marketing and Partner Operations, Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing marketing collaterals, executing marketing and member acquisition/retention strategies and ensuring successful implementation of the campaigns and initiatives. Additionally, you will support Vitality partner operations, including voucher stock balance and reconciliation.What You’ll Be DoingConceptualize, develop and execute marketing and member campaigns to achieve business objectives.Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders including vendors and creative agencies, to develop Vitality marketing materials and member communications, and to ensure that it’s aligned with brand guidelines.Manage the implementation of campaigns and initiatives which include project management, creative development, cross functional implementation, campaign analysis, tracking and reporting as necessary.Keep up to date with market trends and customer/member insights to identify new opportunities to grow membership and enhance member experience.Manage the day-to-day operational activities associated with Vitality partners, including managing voucher stock balance to ensure timely replenishment to meet partner and customer needs and monthly reconciliation processes.Support on corporate vitality events where required, and management of merchandise stock inventory with vendors which includes purchase of new items and tracking stock balance of existing items to ensure compliance to procurement and inventory guidelines.What You Should HaveDiploma holder in marketing, communications or related business discipline with minimum 3 to 4 years proven experience in marketing, partner management, or a related role.Analytical and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with an eye for details.Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.Experience in managing voucher stock balance and reconciliation process is a plus.Experience in use of mass email communications platform will be an advantage.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
