About The RoleVitamin Well Group is looking for a Commercial Controller to lead the finance function for our Danish business.
This role has full responsibility for financial reporting, planning and analysis, and acts as a key business partner to Sales, Marketing and Operations in Denmark. You will work closely with the Group’s Finance team at the head office in Stockholm, ensuring alignment and contributing to group-wide financial processes and initiatives. Key Responsibilities IncludeOwning the financial planning and reporting processes for Denmark, including month-end close, forecasts, budget and analysisActing as FP&A partner to local commercial teams – providing clear financial insights and supporting decision-making, e. g. , in customer negotiations and contracts.
Leading pricing analysis and facilitating the local pricing forumEnsuring profitability tracking at customer and product levelMonitoring discounts, rebates and trade termsDriving internal benchmarking and supporting operational improvementsEnsuring compliance with Group policies, regulations and local legal requirementsHandling office-related and company car agreements, liaising with external partners such as reporting to authorities, and supporting the local organization with other ad hoc mattersWho are youYou have a degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, and at least five (5) years of experience in FP&A, business or commercial controlling - preferably with solid accounting knowledge.
You likely come from a commercial or sales-driven environment such as FMCG or a similar industry. You are used to working closely with commercial teams and have a strong ability to turn numbers into insights that support sound business decisions. You’re confident working independently and taking full ownership of financial processes. You speak Scandinavian language and English fluently and have solid experience working with Excel and Power BI.
