Analyze data from various sources and prepare comprehensive reports and critical insight reports related to campaigns and customer lifecycle activities and performances. Create reports requested by customers and teams using reporting tools, and conduct analyses of postpaid and prepaid customers. Produce reports that directly impact the customer lifecycle, such as KPIs and ROI, to measure campaign effectiveness. Build regular dashboards and publish performance summaries. Measure campaign performance using metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth for both postpaid and prepaid segments. Use data analytics to understand customer segments, behaviors, and preferences.
Provide recommendations to improve customer experience and develop campaign strategies. Required Qualifications: At least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector (preferably related to the customer lifecycle and/or Business Intelligence). Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation. Must reside in Turkey and work in a hybrid model until the work permit is issued, then relocate to Kuwait when the actual project starts. Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience with data analysis tools, particularly SQL, Excel, and big data queries. Experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining data integrity. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of campaign metrics, customer lifecycle management, and campaign performance concepts. Proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications: Extensive experience in campaigns, CRM, or customer-facing domains, and experience with customer lifecycle and campaign processes in large companies.
