UX Designer & Content Manager (Croatia based)

The role is remote but can be hired only as full-time employee based in Croatia (please do not apply of you are not legally eligible to be hired in Croatia)We are looking for a UX Designer & Content Manager to join our team and play a hybrid role across UX design, content strategy, and social media management. This position is ideal for a creative professional who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and digital engagement. Responsibilities: UX Design: Design and improve user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to ensure intuitive navigation and usability. Conduct user testing and implement feedback for continuous improvement. Work with engineering team to implement new designsBuild mobile app UXContent Management: Develop, edit, and manage website and app content to align with brand voice and user needs. Manage CMSCollaborate with design and product teams to ensure content enhances the overall user journey. Maintain a consistent tone, accuracy, and accessibility across all digital touchpoints. Social Media Management: Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content across social media platforms.

Manage community engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow audience reach. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio. Figma & canva experienceExcellent skills in content creation and editing (copy, visuals, and multimedia). Hands-on experience with social media platforms, analytics, and scheduling tools. Strong communication, creativity, and ability to balance multiple responsibilities.
