Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Brand and Marketing located in Gold Coast, QLD. The Head of Brand and Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, managing brand marketing activities, and driving brand growth. This role includes overseeing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, managing public relations efforts, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. The role requires collaboration with internal and external teams to meet brand objectives.

We are for a bold, experienced Brand & Marketing Manager who understands how to speak to Gen X and Boomers—and isn’t afraid to shake things up. You’ll lead the charge on all things VIXIN: from socials and Klaviyo emails to retail marketing and Retail POS strategies. This role is about impact, not fluff. We want real results, real engagement, and a brand presence that turns heads. You’ll need:

Experience in Brand Strategy, Brand Management, and Brand MarketingProficiency in Marketing and Public RelationsExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work on-site in Gold Coast/Brisbane QLD (Hybrid Available)Be fluent in beauty, skincare, and what actually sellsDrive content and campaigns across socials, Klaviyo, and in-store promotionsKnow how to position a brand for women 40+ in a way that actually connectsBe confident, creative, and hands-onWe want someone in the building, in the business, and in the brand.
