If so, you might be our next Finance Student!What will your day look like?As part of VML MAP's finance department, you'll work across various financial areas, developing a strong business understanding.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will IncludeManaging and following up on employee expenses to ensure accurate documentation and correct posting in our finance systemsMonitoring and validating time registrations from employees, including ensuring all hours are submitted, correctly logged, and approved by relevant stakeholderCoordinating with teams to meet internal deadlines related to time reporting and month-end closingGaining insight into existing finance processes and contributing to their improvement based on your daily tasks and observationsSupporting the finance team with various ad hoc tasks The position is for 22. 5 hours per week, preferably spread across 3 days.

The working days in the end of the month will be busier than the beginning of the month, but we naturally accommodate your academic schedule and exams when planning your hours.
