By joining us, you will work on the cutting edge of digital commerce in SEA, and experience what it takes to drive a successful ecommerce business end to end.Role OverviewWe are seeking an Internal Livestream Host to manage and execute livestreams on various online platforms (not limited to TikTok, Lazada & Shopee) on a daily basis, including weekends.As the face of our livestream sessions, you will engage with audiences, present products, and drive sales through interactive, compelling, and entertaining presentations. The ideal candidate will possess strong on-camera skills, an energetic and confident personality, a talent for supporting the creation of engaging content, and an understanding of the eCommerce and social media landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesLivestream Hosting: Host regular livestreams on Shopee, TikTokShop, and Lazada for both ongoing business (BAU) and special campaigns, driving engagement and promoting products effectively.Product Presentation: Introduce and showcase products in an engaging, informative, and persuasive way.Audience Engagement: Interact with live viewers, answer questions, and encourage participation during live streams to boost engagement, view duration, and conversion rates.Content Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop and enhance livestream scripts, topics, and themes.Customer & Product Insights: Share feedback and insights on products and customer behavior with internal teams to help enhance content strategies for brandsCross-Platform Presence: Ensure high-quality livestream content is consistent across all key platforms, adapting messaging and style to suit each audience.In-house Video Acting: Perform as an actor in selected in-house video clips to support brand storytelling and marketing campaigns.Technical Support: Assist with livestream equipment setup, handle on-the-spot issues, and ensure smooth execution.Key Requirements1 - 3 years of experience as a livestream host, or MC, preferably in eCommerce or online sales.Confident, presentable, and charismatic on camera with strong communication skills.Ability to engage, entertain, and persuade audiences.Sales-oriented mindset with strong influencing skills.Basic understanding of major eCommerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada) and current social media trends.Experience in creating short-form video content is a strong advantage.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on livestream schedules.English proficiency is an advantage.What we offer:Excellent and competitive compensation package Professional and open international working environment – culturally integrating the best of all cultures to take the best of each and ensure we build an energetic, commercial, and fun working atmosphere.
