Join Our Team as a Vodafone Order ProcessorAvailability: 10:00 - 18:00 | Monday to FridayContract: 37.5hrs per weekPay: €14.50ph + Bonus StructureRole Overview:As an Order Processor, you will be essential in processing sales, providing aftercare, and general administrative duties for our retail stores and sales advisers. Your role will support the sales team in achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service. This is an office position in support of our customer facing Sales Advisers.We offer:€14.50P/H Paid Weekly - 40 hour contractBonus structure starting at €300per month on achieving targets (on successful completion of probation). €35 off your Vodafone bill each monthAttractive Staff Discounts & Incentives. You must have a positive can-do attitude. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively. Responsibilities:Monitoring sales and placing on internal systems. Following compliance and quality control procedures to ensure contracts are valid. Contacting customers to finalise sales orders and processing through to completion. Collaborating with colleagues across the business to meet monthly targets. Handling queries via email and phone from our sales representatives and customers. Data Inputting and reporting. General office administrationQualifications:Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role (Preferred)Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to find solutions independently. The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A positive and professional demeanour with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
