Digital Commercial Lead

You´ll be in charge of the following responsibilities:

Make recommendations on commercial strategy and processes based on internal and external factors;Lead ongoing reviews of business commercial processes and developing optimization strategiesProvide timely and strategic commercial advices to Product Owner and Chapter LeadSupport for the Product Owner for preparing short/mid/long term backlog for the squad to sustain commercial planSet up and lead-way of working gathering business requirements and needs for implementing commercial initiatives;Continue monitorization on commercial KPIs and dashboards for funnel tracking (Martech & analytics) and provides insightsProvide commercial leadership, training and guidance to all squad membersWhat you bring?Good negotiation and influencing skillsExperience in program and stakeholder management, coordination of high-stake projects and activitiesSelf–motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, multi – tasking, stress tolerance and adaptabilityMust have technical / professional qualifications and expertise:

+3 years in telecom industryGood knowledge of products and Romanian telecom marketEcommerce experience and digital marketing skills – would be a plusGood analytic skills and customer value management & base campaigns understandingsPlanning, forecasting, business case and financial analysisSounds like you'd be a good fit?
