Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirementsPerform quality assuranceDefine reporting and alerting requirementsOwn and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance integrationHelp design, document and maintain system processesReport on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendationsPerform system testing, user acceptance testing, performance testingWork with the application development team and/or client to resolve any issues that arise in the testing processQualifications: Min 4 years of work experience in Finance & Factoring & Insurance sectorPrevious experience in Business / Systems AnalysisBachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

Advanced EnglishGood knowledge of business analysis processes and methodologiesBasic experience in UML modeling language. High proficiency in relational databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQLHands-on experience in Postman and/or SoapUIHands on experience in analysis techniques such as; use case modeling, data analysis, process analysis, prioritization, requirement management, risk assessment, stakeholder analysis, responsibility analysis, and interface analysisUnderstanding of XML/SOAP, web services, workflow modeling, web application modellingKnowledge of Microsoft based technologiesKnowledge of basic SQL queries and SAP BOUnderstanding of data and good command of MS ExcelBasic knowledge in generating process documentationSoft Skills:
