Role Description This is a remote volunteer position for a Model Scout & Engagement Lead at Curvaceous Lifestyle Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting prospective models, forging strong relationships with talent, and managing engagement initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting scouting sessions, reviewing portfolios, organizing virtual or in-person auditions, and collaborating with the management team to tailor talent strategies to client needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a positive connection between the models and the agency while supporting overall campaigns and initiatives. Qualifications Experience in talent scouting, portfolio evaluation, and model recruitmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of peopleOrganizational proficiency in coordinating meetings, casting calls, and engagement initiativesCreativity and understanding of branding and promotions to align talent with campaign goalsAbility to work independently in a remote capacity, demonstrating active collaboration with teamsComfortable using digital tools and platforms for virtual auditions and communicationPassion for branding, fashion, or event management is an added advantagePrevious experience in promotional modeling or event coordination is a plus
