Company Description MSBON Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on empowering young children and youths with essential life skills to lead meaningful and impactful lives. The foundation achieves its mission through programs that provide access to education, mentoring, excursions, conferences, and transformative training opportunities. Its initiatives emphasize three core areas: Education, to promote quality learning; Healthcare, to enhance wellness in underserved communities; and Leadership and Community Development, to nurture leadership and community growth. The foundation is dedicated to inspiring a better future for individuals and communities alike. Role Description This is a volunteer role for individuals who are passionate about making a difference. The Volunteer will contribute to implementing programs across the foundation’s key areas: Education, Healthcare, and Leadership Development. Daily responsibilities may include assisting with event coordination, providing mentoring or training sessions, content creation for outreach, and supporting administrative tasks. This hybrid role is based in Abuja, with the flexibility to work remotely for specific tasks as needed. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in mentoring, training, or facilitating workshopsOrganizational and time-management skillsProficiency in content writing, editing, and social media outreachPassion for community development, education, and youth mentorshipAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environmentPrior volunteering experience and familiarity with community initiatives is a plus
