We are looking for a skilled IT technician looking for flexible, part-time to full-time Service Calls We're seeking a reliable Onsite Break/Fix Technician to handle approximately 15-25 service calls per week for PC and laptop repairs at client locations. Position DetailsType: 1099 ContractorHours: Part-Time (approx. 15-25 calls/week, higher volume based on performance & skill)Location: Onsite at various client sites (local travel required)Focus: General PC and laptop break/fix servicesResponsibilitiesRepair warrantied hardware issues on PCs and laptopsReplace faulty components (RAM, HDD, SSD, motherboards, etc.
)Perform troubleshooting along with tech support when neededProvide professional, on-site customer serviceClose next business day service calls daily within territory, return any unused parts to Fed-ExRequirementsExperience with break/fix part replacement for desktops and laptopsStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsYour own tools and reliable transportationAbility to manage time independently and meet SLAsExcellent communication and customer service skillsPreferredPrior field service experience Familiarity with closing calls on-site utilizing cell phone-based ticketing systemsCertifications (A+, Network+, etc. ) a plus but not requiredIf you're looking for consistent part-time work with flexibility and independence, we’d love to hear from you.
