As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for setting strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, and driving growth in the Southeast Asia region.

Fenwick specialises in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP consulting and software development, with a focus on cloud transformation, product innovation, and long-term client success. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the company’s strategic planning and execution, driving sustainable growth and profitability. Oversee day-to-day operations, sales, delivery, and talent development. Build and nurture a high-performing team culture that values autonomy, creativity, and accountability. Drive innovation in ERP consulting services, including cloud-based product development (e. g. Fenwick Cloud, Fenwick Apps). Champion customer engagement and satisfaction through ongoing support, quality assurance, and post-implementation reviews. Represent the company in client, partner, and industry engagements across APAC.

Identify and capitalise on emerging business opportunities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Contribute thought leadership via blogs, forums, and public speaking on ERP trends and digital transformation. RequirementsMinimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in ERP consulting, software development, or related industries. Proven success in leading high-growth technology or consulting firms. Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central solutions is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to scale operations, lead cross-functional teams, and manage P&L responsibilities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to innovation and execution.
