Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Business Analyst/ Technical Writer within our team. Key Responsibilities:

Collects requirements, analyzes and prepares use cases, To-Be flows. Interacts with Business team, Stakeholders and technical team members Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with IT department and leadership to understand project requirements. Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communication,Journalism, English or relevant field of study0-2 years of experience as a technical writer0-2 years of experience in business and functional requirements elicitation, translation and documentation. Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.

Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiencesSuperb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detailExperience working with USDA's WomenInfants and Children (WIC) or Child Nutrition Programs (CNP)preferred. The wage range for this role reflects the wide array of factors considered in compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the unique facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual range is $70,000. 00 - $75,000. 00. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

It is classified as exempt under applicable law. Additionally, this position aligns with the Voyatek Career Framework as a level 01 individual contributorin a Business Analysis & Design position.
