Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Senior Business Analyst within our team. Key Responsibilities:

Collects requirements, analyzes and prepares use cases, To-Be flows. Interacts with Business team, Stakeholders and technical team members Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering or similar discipline; or equivalent work experience. 7 + years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst role 7+ years of demonstrated experience in business and functional requirements elicitation, translation and documentation. 7+ years' experience in facilitating design and use case discussions 7+ years' experience in a SDLC environment Expert level analysis skills including the ability to identify patterns, potential issues and then translate those into functional and test requirements.

Expert level understanding of business functional areas and management issues as well as the IT organization's systems and capabilities. Ability to influence and build relationships and demonstrate team leadership in all interactions. Knowledge of and ability to effectively use the appropriate modeling methodologies and toolsets, requirements management methodologies and toolsets, requirements visualization methods and toolsets, and artifact versioning tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Communicates effectively with business clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.

Proven track record with planning, estimating, and organizing effort for the WBS Extensive experience in MSOffice, Visio Experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA Working toward relevant industry certification (e. g. CEng, CITP, TOGAF, IIBA, ISEB diploma) desirable but not essential as part of career progression. Experience working with government agencies Experience working with USDA's Women Infants and Children (WIC) or Child Nutrition Programs (CNP) preferred. The wage range for this role reflects the wide array of factors considered in compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location.

Compensation decisions are based on the unique facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual range is $115,000. 00 - $125,000. 00. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. It is classified as exempt under applicable law. Additionally, this position aligns with the Voyatek Career Framework as a level 04 individual contributorin a Business Analysis & Design position.
