VP - Chief Compliance Officer

About the CompanyCitizens Community Bank is committed to upholding the highest standard of regulatory compliance.About the RoleWe’re seeking a Senior Bank Compliance Officer to lead our efforts in maintaining adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison for federal and state exams as well as external compliance auditsStay current on federal and state laws and regulations related to the banking industry and Citizens Community Bank’s products and servicesAdvise executive leadership and the Board of Directors on emerging regulatory trends and risk exposure. Review new products to ensure they meet compliance standards and are supported by written policiesEnsure compliance with all applicable banking laws and regulations, including but not limited to: BSA/AML, OFAC, CRA, FDIC, Fair Lending, UDAAP, HMDA, and privacy regulations. Coordinate with examiners and external auditors during regulatory exams, ensuring timely responses and remediation.Review and approve compliance policies, procedures, and disclosures.Ensure timely submission of all required regulatory filings and certifications. QualificationsHave a degree in Business, Finance or related degree required (Masters preferred).Have 10 plus years of banking compliance or risk management.
