VP - Private Equity Fund Accounting

This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Private Equity and Alternatives Funds professional to join a mid-sized/boutique operation who are experiencing significant growth on the PE side of their business.Key Duties:Responsibility for the Private Equity and Real Estate Fund Accounting teams.Serve as the main point of escalation for a number of Private Equity & Real Estate clients.Develop relationships with all client contacts including investment professionals, investors, lawyers, auditors and banking personnel.Oversee preparation of quarterly Management accounts for each structure, capital call and distribution calculations and Investors Capital Statements.Idea generation and ongoing assessment and improvement of operational service modelKey Requirements:8 years+ Fund Accounting experience with 2 Years + at VP/Manager level.Proven success leading a team within the Private Equity or Real Estate administration space.A highly successful record of delivering large scale business/technology reengineering initiatives in the private equity, hedge funds and fund of funds businesses.Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals.Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task.How to Apply:For further information on this job opportunity please apply via this linkDue to application volume, only candidates who meet the specific criteria as laid out on the job specification will be shortlisted to discuss.
