Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business – they were made just right for you.Job PurposeWe are seeking a seasoned and experienced wealth management professional to manage the Unit Trust product lifecycle and guide front office on Unit Trusts and Alternative products (Hedge Funds and Private Assets).Successful candidate will require to be proficient in and manage Fund onboarding, Front office guidance, Channel management (Offline & Digital), Platform management, Risk management and cross product proposition for best in class client experience. Role requires strong stakeholder management skills ,wealth management expertise, operational rigour and the ability to run with inititaives from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Unit Trust Product Lifecycle ManagementSupport new product, service initiatives and proposition launches on all bank channels – Traditional and Digital; for AI and Non AI clientsOversee onboarding, implementation, maintenance, and review of unit trusts and alternative funds for DBS Consumer BankingSupport regular coaching, training and market/product briefings to front office and Act as a subject matter expert for Unit Trusts and Alternatives, supporting client advisors with product-related queries and materialsBuild strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - encompassing Tech, Ops, complaince, Legal, Marketing and RiskMeet revenue, volume targets and product KPI metrics on overall and per channel basisTo have a keen understanding and full awareness of, and adherence to, in-country regulatory framework, rules of engagement in the sales and marketing of investment products, as well as legal and compliance guidelinestsDrive strategic initiatives and projects that span across multiple product classes to deliver holistic solutions for clients and advisorsRepresent business needs to guide platform enhancements and other capability developments to aid overall goalsRequirementsBachelor's Degree with 10 – 12 years in wealth management with expertise in Unit Trusts and/or Alternative InvestmentsKnowledge of Unit Trusts structures, banking and investment products & services (traditional and alternative asset classes)Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements as well as exposure to multicultural issuesFamiliarity with Bloomberg and Morningstar Direct along with good MS office skillsGood Planning and organizing capabilityGood interpersonal & communication skillsCollaborative and client-focusedStrong problem solving and decision making skillsOpen to accept challenges and continuous learningSelf motivated team players with excellent service aptitude who would enjoy in a fast-paced service focused environmentWilling to coach, support, and work as a team with RMs & other stakeholders in the bank to achieve KPIApply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.Primary LocationSingapore-DBS Asia CentralJobProduct ManagementScheduleRegularJob TypeFull-timeJob PostingOct 24, 2025, 11:17:52 AM
