As VP Commercial Strategy & Growth, you will drive market expansion, build strategic partnerships, and accelerate revenue growth across core food ingredient categories.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the global commercial and growth strategy for fermentation-derived and functional food ingredients.Define go-to-market and pricing strategies across priority regions.Establish and manage strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and licensing agreements with global food and ingredient manufacturers.Build and oversee commercial and regional business teams, aligning structure with strategic growth objectives.Collaborate with R&D and innovation teams to ensure commercial viability of new technologies and products.Deliver actionable market insights and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.Candidate Profile10–15 years’ experience in commercial strategy, business development, or growth leadership within food ingredients, fermentation, or biotechnology.Proven track record of scaling commercial organisations and delivering sustainable revenue growth.Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen with global or regional leadership experience.Based in or open to relocation to Switzerland, with regular international travel.
