This senior leader will set the creative vision across our portfolio of nonprofit clients, elevate our creative capabilities, and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.The VP, Creative will be responsible for shaping how our agency brings bold ideas to life. This role champions the integration of audience insights and strategic vision into every creative output, ensuring our work not only inspires but also drives measurable impact for our nonprofit partners. As a senior leader, this person will collaborate closely with Strategy and Creative team members to align creative excellence with client needs, reinforcing our position as an innovative and mission-driven partner.As a key member of the leadership team, the VP, Creative will shape the future of our creative services, ensure best-in-class work for our clients, and help drive agency growth. This role can be located anywhere in the US.Your ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership & VisionProvide high-level creative direction on the agency’s most strategic and high-profile accounts.Champion bold, innovative thinking that is deeply aligned with client missions and performance goals.Lead creative strategy and storytelling during new business pitches and major presentations.Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and all agency team members on creative direction.Encourage and guide creative experimentation that leads to tangible business impact, new service offerings, and measurable improvements in client results.Team Management & DevelopmentOversee the Creative (Design) and Content teams, fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration and integration.Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of creative professionals, ensuring they thrive and grow in their craft.Partner with team leads to set clear goals, performance standards, and career development pathways.Anticipate evolving creative skill needs and partner with leadership to plan hiring, training, and team growth accordingly.Model and reinforce a respectful, inclusive, and accountable culture across teams; proactively address cultural challenges and celebrate contributions.Creative Services Evolution + InnovationDefine and evolve our creative service offerings to meet the changing needs of the nonprofit sector and stay ahead of industry trends.Develop and optimize creative processes and workflows to ensure operational excellence, quality, and efficiency.Implement performance-focused creative strategies that drive measurable impact for our clients.Collaboration & IntegrationCollaborate closely with Account Leads and other Service Leads (Brand Strategy, Campaign Strategy, Media, Fundraising, Data, etc.) to ensure seamless integration across disciplines.Partner with business development to shape new offerings, support strategic growth initiatives, and new business pitches.Ensure creative excellence and consistency across all client touchpoints.Ensure consistent adoption of agency-wide processes, such as communication protocols, time tracking, and project management systems;
