ResponsibilitiesPropose overarching public policies related to the Financial Solutions function within the organization and oversee their approval.Lead the development of strategic and operational plans for the Financial Solutions activity in alignment with the organization’s objectives and approved policies, and supervise their implementation.Recommend regulatory frameworks, guidelines, and procedures governing Financial Solutions initiatives and ensure their endorsement.Coordinate across relevant administrative units to ensure synergy, integration, and optimal utilization of resources.Oversee the execution of contracts, partnerships, and agreements with financing institutions to deliver the supported mortgage loan and other related products or initiatives.Supervise agreements and partnerships with public and private entities to participate in or finance housing projects and residential developments that support the organization’s strategic goals.Oversee agreements with entities holding housing applicant lists and manage the transfer of these lists to the organization for financing.Supervise the issuance of full or partial guarantees to financing entities for funding provided to eligible beneficiaries of the supported mortgage program.Oversee the acquisition of required guarantees for direct financing extended by the organization in line with Board-approved policies.Supervise lending operations to real estate developers and financing entities following Board approval.Oversee the implementation of approved products, programs, and initiatives.Serve as the primary liaison with relevant stakeholders on all matters related to Financial Solutions.Approve human capital, technology, and resource needs for associated administrative units and follow up on their fulfillment.Endorse human capital development plans for the affiliated units.Represent the organization at regional, Arab, and international forums and events within the domain of Financial Solutions.Prepare periodic performance reports on affiliated administrative units, including development recommendations, and submit them to the CEO of the organization. Qualifications• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience.• At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Organizational Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
