ResponsibilitiesYou will provide strategic HR guidance to leaders across Singapore and APAC, driving workforce development and organizational capability development to support the bank as it undergoes strategic business transformation. You will influence key people decisions, lead cultural and organizational change, and implement talent strategies with robust succession planning. You will manage complex employee relations matters and contribute to HR initiatives aligned with business goals, while collaborating with country and specialist HR teams to deliver integrated HR solutions. RequirementsYou are an accomplished HR Business Partner with demonstrated track record in major banks or leading non-bank financial institutions undergoing growth and transformation. You have a proven track record of leading HR initiatives or projects which have delivered measurable results in the business. Strategic yet hands-on, you combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional presentation, influencing, and senior stakeholder engagement capabilities.
