Job DetailsDescriptionKey Responsibilities:Leadership & StrategySet the strategic vision and direction for finance operations at the capability centerDevelop, lead and scale high-performing teams and culture across Corporate Accounting, AR, AP, FP&A and QSF AccountingDevelop and maintain accounting controls, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure operational excellence and complianceMentor Senior Managers with the goal of elevating their ownership, driving controls, and motivating their teamCorporate AccountingManage full cycle accounting and reporting activities in collaboration with corporate HQDrive continuous improvement in accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.Ensure regulatory compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local statutory requirements, including the India books and recordsAct as the primary point of contact for all finance-related activities at the captive unitAccounts Payable & ReceivableOversee end-to-end AP/AR processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactionsImplement best practices in invoice processing, vendor management, collections, and cash applicationMonitor and drive efficiency improvements across payables and receivables cyclesQSF AccountingOversee accounting, payments, and tax operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.Strategically review and modify workflows to streamline operationsDeliver accurate and timely QSF reconciliationsFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processesDeliver meaningful financial insights and dashboards for leadership to support strategic decision-makingPartner with business units to assess financial impact of initiatives and provide proactive recommendationsTransformation, Risk Management And ComplianceDrive digital transformation initiatives, including ERP optimization and automation of finance workflowsContinually assess and maintain an effective control environment and enterprise risk management processWork with outside consultant to timely deliver and maintain the company’s compliance with government laws and regulationsIdentify opportunities to leverage AI/ML and analytics to streamline processes and enhance accuracyWork interdepartmentally with Operations to streamline hand-offs and data flows with an emphasis on repeatability and accuracyQualifications & ExperienceCA/CMA required15+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in global fintech or capability centersProven track record of managing large-scale finance operations in a global capability center or captive unit model is a plusStrong understanding of international accounting standards, financial controls, and reporting frameworks.Demonstrated success in building team culture that led to retention and growth of teamExcellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
