We are looking to hire a VP of Inside Sales Leader to join our yachts division at Travelopia! Reporting to President of Yachts, you’ll be responsible for owning the sales strategy and global sales teams across all territories. You will lead all sales plans and activity to deliver the revenue and margin targets. This is a key role as part of the senior management team of the Yachts business, needing energy, drive and strong leadership and collaboration skills – to empower and inspire a large sales team and work in partnership with peers from other functions.

This role will require 40 to 50 percent travel. What we’ll offer: Competitive salary (Base salary of £130,000–£150,000 GBP, plus a performance bonus of 20% Target-40% max, resulting in on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from £156,000 to £210,000)Employee travel discounts across all product typesAccess to our exclusive rewards portalVarious employee discounts and offersContributory Pension schemeCareer progression opportunitiesWhat you’ll do: Devise and deliver the sales plan to achieve the commercial targets:

Own and refine the Yachts sales plan to deliver the revenue and margin targets and ensure that the business remains competitive and continuously growingCreate annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans that deliver lead to book conversion targetsMotivate and lead the global sales team, including direct line management of a team of 4 managers and a wider team of 57 sales and customer service headsBuild strong relationships with wider Travelopia Sales Leadership team to share best practice and leverage efficienciesSet goals and priorities for the team in line with the products’ targets, maintaining a regular cadence to motivate the team and track progress:

including daily check-ins, weekly 1- 2-1 reviews and monthly team meetingsBuild a high-performance team with strong performance management and high quality hiring, celebrating success and sharing good practiceDrive learning and development across the sales team by coaching and developing sales managers to effectively lead their teams Deliver the margin targets:

In collaboration with the commercial team, define the brands’ pricing strategies to optimise volume and margin deliveryDrive the re-pricing process throughout the year; ensuring competitive prices whilst revenue and margins remain in line with required budgeted levelsInitiate tactical sales promotions as required, ensuring collaboration between the sales and marketing teams in communicating these to customers Build strong relationships: Collaborate well with other functions:

marketing, operations, commercial, finance and people to drive effectiveness and improvement at the organizational levelWork very closely with Finance and Commercial to agree selling prices and thereafter analyze marginsParticipate in Exec meetings as a positive thought leaderLead weekly trading meeting with VP Commercial to drive sessions to leads and leads to book targetsWhat you’ll bring: Ability to inspire and motivate people to achieve great results:
