VP – Mexico Office - Forex Industry - Hebrew Spanish Speaker

Job Description

Lead and manage the full operations of the established Mexico office across all departments.Oversee Conversion, Retention, Operations, HR, and Compliance teams to ensure high performance.Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.Provide strategic leadership to senior managers and department heads.Ensure the Mexico office meets global company standards and business objectives.Maintain full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Analyse performance data, market conditions, and trends to optimise business performance.Collaborate with global management and represent the Mexico office at executive level.Develop and implement leadership development, training, and recruitment strategies.Introduce operational improvements to maximise efficiency and profitability.RequirementsMUST have previous experience as VP, Director, Country Manager, or equivalent senior leadership role within a regulated Forex company.MUST speak Hebrew and Spanish fluently.Proven track record managing large FX operations (100+ employees preferred).Strong leadership experience across Conversion, Retention, Operations, HR, and Compliance.Excellent understanding of the FX sales cycle and LATAM market behaviour.Strong commercial, strategic, and analytical thinking.Experience leading senior managers and cross-departmental teams.Ability to relocate to Mexico (full relocation package available).Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making abilities.Knowledge of global regulatory environments and adherence to compliance procedures.Benefits Executive-level salary package based on experience.
