VP of Business Development, LATAM - Blockchain Wallet InfrastructureLocation: Remote - Location: Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, or Miami (remote-first, office optional).Compensation: $80K - $140KWe are building the backbone of blockchain wallet infrastructure for the next financial era, leveraging deep expertise in cryptography, infrastructure, and security. We are seeking a VP of Business Development to spearhead our regional expansion and establish us as the trusted partner for financial institutions and fintechs across Latin America (LATAM). This high-impact role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution.Reporting to the Head of Americas, you will own the go-to-market strategy in LATAM, driving significant revenue growth and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). You will act as the senior representative in key markets, responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and closing high-value enterprise deals. You will need resilience, strong technical credibility, and an ability to navigate complex sales cycles with banks, enterprises, and regulators.Key Responsibilities:Revenue Ownership: Own and drive LATAM business development, setting and hitting aggressive sales targets and delivering ARRStrategic Partnerships: Build strong, trust-based relationships with banks, enterprises, and regulators across the regionSales Execution: Source, qualify, and close high-value opportunities, leading complex negotiations, RFPs, and RFIs for enterprise dealsClient Success: Support post-sale success, including deployment planning, compliance alignment, and account expansion, working closely with product and engineering teamsMarket Intelligence: Track market trends, monitor competitors, and handle escalations across multiple time zonesRepresentation & Content: Represent the company at industry events and workshops, and translate key content (decks, speeches) into Spanish and PortugueseTravel: Ability to travel across LATAM to meet clients and prospectsRequirementsExperience: 8+ years in business development and enterprise sales, with demonstrable leadership experienceTrack Record: Proven track record of driving ARR growth and closing large-scale deals in financeLATAM Market: Deep understanding of LATAM financial markets and regulatory environmentsCommunication: Skilled communicator, able to break down technical concepts for both senior executives (C-suite) and technical teams (engineers)Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, able to link technical product capabilities to clear business valueMindset: Entrepreneurial mindset and resilience required to thrive in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environmentSales Tools: Proficiency with CRMs, automation platforms, and modern sales toolsLanguage: Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plusPreferred Experience (Strong Plus):Direct experience selling blockchain services or related financial technologiesBenefitsCompensation: Competitive Base Salary of $80,000-$140,000 per year (full-time)Bonus: Generous performance-based, year-end bonus potentialEquity: Significant stock options (100-200) package vested over 4 years, ensuring participation in company successCore Benefits: Comprehensive Healthcare and a Pension PlanTravel: All necessary travel expenses for client meetings and events are coveredLocation & Flexibility: Remote-first role with the flexibility for an office presence in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, or MiamiEquipment: Provided with a MacBook Pro and essentials for a high-performance setupDue to the high volume of applications we anticipate, we regret that we are unable to provide individual feedback to all candidates.
