With operations across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Africa, we serve millions of consumers daily—bringing quality, transparency, and purpose to every plate.Position SummaryThe Vice President of Communications will lead the global communications function, overseeing corporate, brand, internal, and executive communications across all markets. This strategic leader will shape the company’s voice, protect its reputation, and drive engagement with stakeholders ranging from consumers and employees to media, investors, and regulators.Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute a global communications strategy aligned with business objectives, brand values, and ESG commitments• Lead corporate reputation management, including media relations, crisis response, and stakeholder engagement• Oversee executive communications, including thought leadership, investor messaging, and public speaking platforms for senior leadership• Partner with marketing, sustainability, HR, and legal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and regions• Manage internal communications strategy to foster employee engagement, cultural alignment, and change management• Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team on communications strategy, risk, and opportunity• Build and lead a high-performing global communications team, fostering collaboration across regional offices• Monitor industry trends, media sentiment, and stakeholder expectations to inform proactive communications planningQualifications• 15+ years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or brand storytelling, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role• Proven success in managing global communications across diverse markets and cultures• Expertise in media relations, executive visibility, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement• Exceptional writing, editing, and narrative development skills• Experience in the food, FMCG, or consumer goods sector preferred• Fluency in English required• Strong emotional intelligence, cultural fluency, and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environmentsPreferred Experience• Background in journalism, public affairs, or global brand strategy• Familiarity with ESG communications, sustainability reporting, and regulatory engagement• Experience working with publicly traded companies or investor-facing communications
