About The RoleWe're looking for a Vice President of Engineering to become the driving force behind our global technical strategy and execution, leading our transformation to becoming a world-class engineering team. As our engineering executive leader, you'll architect the systems, teams, and culture that power our next phase of growth. You’ll lead a 70+ person technology organization focused on building fast, shipping with quality, and integrating AI into what we build and how we build it. You will be a central figure in keeping us innovative, resilient, and market-leading.This is a mission-critical role with a clear mandate: elevate our engineering organization to world-class standards. You'll be the operational and strategic counterpart to the VP of Product, owning delivery excellence while co-creating the technical vision that will help us win in a market being transformed by AI.
