It collaborates closely with Introducing Brokers and affiliate partners to enhance client acquisition and trading performance, maintaining a steadfast focus on regulatory compliance, client experience, and leadership excellence.Job RoleThe VP of IT will be responsible for leading integration strategies and managing cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment with overall business objectives. This role requires a strategic leader with strong IT and product integration expertise, particularly in fintech and trading platforms, to oversee the integration of products, processes, and technology across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integration strategies and plans aligned with company goals.Lead cross-functional integration teams (Product, IT, Operations, Finance).Define project timelines, track milestones, and mitigate potential roadblocks.Maintain communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including acquired business leadership.Standardize integration processes and tools (playbooks, due diligence checklists, post-integration plans).Identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks.Develop and manage budgets with financial efficiency.Conduct post-integration reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.Support process build-out to serve dynamic global customer needs.Candidate RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience:Min. 10 years in IT involving Product Integration, with a proven track record in leading cross-functional integration efforts.Previous or recent exposure in fintech, startup, or digital industries, preferably crypto, stock, forex.Technical Expertise:Project management expertise with ability to handle multiple priorities.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset (strategic + tactical).Financial acumen with budget management capability.Professional Skills:Strong leadership and team management.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Language Skills: business-level oral and written English.Job Code: #425
