This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with a mandate to build operational muscle that connects customer outcomes with our platform's capabilities. You'll bring both management experience and delivery intuition to help us scale implementations, build systems, and keep quality high.You'll operate as a cross-functional leader across Solutions, Sales, and Engineering, ensuring Beam continues to deliver meaningful outcomes with speed and clarity. This is a high-autonomy, high-context role for someone who can lead, build, and unblock.ResponsibilitiesLead strategic client engagements from post-sale to successful outcomes, ensuring high-quality deliveryBuild and scale operational frameworks that support Beam's growth across multiple enterprise accountsPartner with Sales and Solutions to align on customer goals and delivery plansManage and mentor a growing operations and delivery team over timeIntroduce systems for accountability, tracking, and decision-making across implementation workstreamsNavigate complex enterprise environments with confidence, balancing internal velocity with customer needsOperate as the connective tissue across teams, translating strategy into actionRequirements5+ years of experience in operations, delivery, or program management within a technology-driven environmentExperience leading cross-functional teams or projects involving enterprise customersA background in consulting, customer success, or internal strategy roles is a plusStrong execution skills: can manage competing priorities, resolve blockers, and maintain momentumComfort working with technical teams and engaging in conversations about architecture, integrations, and scopeExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, internally and externallyHigh comfort with ambiguity and iteration, you bring structure without slowing things downNice to HaveBackground in AI/ML implementations or SaaS automation platformsExperience scaling a delivery or implementation team from early stagesFamiliarity with Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or similar enterprise ecosystemsGerman language skills (a plus for key customer relationships)Based in or open to relocating to Berlin or MunichBenefitsAt Beam, we're building an environment where ambitious people can do their best work, with clarity, purpose, and room to grow.
