If you’re based in Germany and excited to turn data into decisions, we’d love to meet you.THE ROLEWe are seeking an ambitious Senior Sales Professional to accelerate our growth across the DACH region, with a primary focus on enterprises with over €1Bn in annual turnover. Germany is already Caliber’s no. 1 market in terms of revenues, and we have a strong footprint in the DACH region with several DAX40 and SMI20 clients, presenting a solid base to build upon further.Aligned with the global-go-to market strategy, you will lead the full sales cycle and market execution whilst maintaining a flexible adaptation to local markets.What You’ll DoDrive new business opportunities with enterprise clients across DACH, focusing on C-level executives (particularly within DAX, MDAX, SMI and other private and public large-cap and mid-cap enterprises)Lead the full sales cycle: identify prospects, build relationships, deliver demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals with a C-suite approachDevelop a deep understanding of each client’s business model, organizational structure, and key stakeholder challengesRepresent Caliber at relevant industry events and conferences to expand market presence and generate leadsMaintain a disciplined and transparent sales process in our CRM, achieving and exceeding your pipeline and revenue targetsCollaborate closely with the Leadership and Client Services teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer successWhat We’re Looking For10+ years of sales experience from B2B enterprise SaaS, market research or professional services, ideally selling to Corporate Communication and Corporate AffairsStrong track record of outbound sales and new logo acquisition in complex enterprise environmentsFluent in German and highly proficient in English (written and spoken)Strong business acumen and ability to translate stakeholder challenges into clear value propositionsExecutive communication: ability to synthesize information, data, and insights to speak the language of top managementHighly driven, results-oriented, and motivated by successCollaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with an international team in areas like marketing, product, delivery, and customer successPipeline management and accurate forecasting: advanced use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven methodologiesPassion for technology, data, and brand & reputation intelligenceWhat We OfferBe part of a fast-growing international scale-up transforming the stakeholder intelligence spaceWork directly with industry-leading experts and executives across top-tier global companiesBring a new and innovative practice shaping the domain of stakeholder engagement and brand & reputation managementCompetitive compensation package, including performance-based incentives.Hybrid and flexible working setupOpportunities for professional growth as we expand across Europe and North AmericaHOW TO APPLYPlease apply via LinkedIn and attach your CV (we are reviewing applications on an ongoing basis).If you’d like to learn more about us, visit www.groupcaliber.com.
