VP, Risk Product

Key Responsibilities:Establish a real-time risk warning and monitoring system for different regions, business scenarios, and products globally, providing rapid alerts and responses to various risks such as fraud, phishing, and counterfeit transactions.Enhance risk control measures by collaborating with internal and external teams to quickly analyze, investigate, and address various risk alerts and incidents, effectively controlling risk events.Work with teams responsible for risk policies and products to improve the overall risk management framework.Monitor and analyze key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics to measure risk exposure, identify emerging risks, and inform decision-makingConduct risk assessments, audits, and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and controlsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies, and liaise with regulatory authorities as neededIdentify, assess, and prioritize risks across all areas of the organization, including operational, financial, regulatory, and reputational risksDevelop and implement risk mitigation plans and controls to manage and reduce identified risks to acceptable levelsPrepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key risk areas and providing recommendations for improvementQualifications & Key Requirements:Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management, fraud detection, or related fields.Strong analytical skills and experience in incident investigation and response.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.Knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.Relevant certifications (e.g., CFE, CAMS, CISSP, CISA) are preferredExperience in developing and implementing risk management strategies, policies, and proceduresAbility to lead and mentor a team of risk management professionalsFamiliarity with key risk indicators (KRIs) and metricsExperience in conducting risk assessments and audits
