It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionTo perform insightful analysis and review in supporting sound credit strategy formulation / decision-making on a proactive and dynamic approachResponsible for policy renewal, policy tightening or relaxation based on risk and reward assessments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new initiatives or effective strategies.Identify potential areas for improvement within existing risk assessment processes and make recommendations for enhancements.Support regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with internal risk policies.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering or other relevant field.7+ years of experience in credit risk, portfolio analytics, or related roles in financial services.Solid understanding of unsecured lending products and risk management principles.Experience working with large datasets and strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python, Excel).Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present findings both verbally and written.Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional RequirementsBe a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
