QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION Qualifications:University degree in a related field, preferably Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical, ElectronicsWilling to be developed in Toyota Production System and Equipment Design & Manufacturing.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy.Excellent command of English.Good knowledge of MS Office toolsPreferable to be capable of design & analysis tools (e.g. : Catia, Solidworks, Ansys etc.)Analytical, problem solving and decision making skillsNo restriction for frequent travel (short and long termed) in and out of TürkiyeHaving B type driving licenseWilling to live in Kocaeli and Sakarya Job Description:Successful candidate will be employed in Vehicle Production Engineering & System Development Division; fresh engineers will join New Graduate Development Programme.Main responsibility area will be management of new /modified equipments / lines for new projects in Toyota Plants located in Türkiye and Europe. New equipment / line spec sheet preparationManagement of new equipment design / manufacturing steps at local (Türkiye / Europe) equipment makersBid document preparation and actual job management for installation at Toyota Plants located in Türkiye and EuropeQuality confirmations in new vehicle projectsSame or similar experience at any sector, specifically at Automotive will be an asset
