absences, performance discussions, basic disciplinary matters)Maintain and update HR documentation, procedures, and policies in line with legal requirementsPrepare reports and analyze HR data to support decision-makingCollaborate with HR team members and managers to improve local HR practicesContribute to change management initiatives and HR process improvementsQualifications2+ years of experience in an HR Specialist or similar role, preferably in a multinational IT companyGood understanding of Polish labor law and HR processesConfident working with HR data and translating it into useful insightsStrong communication skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders at various levelsProactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently when neededFluent in Polish and English and RussianAble to work from the Warsaw office at least 2 days per weekOpen to giving informed feedback to managers and advocating for legal compliance and fair treatmentA collaborative mindset and willingness to adapt HR practices to a fast-paced, evolving environment
