Friday, 28 November 2025In this role, you'll be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices each month, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You'll work closely with both the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to manage supplier payments and support the finance function across Australia and New Zealand. RequirementsKey Responsibilities End-to-end accounts payable processingAnvil stock invoice handling and three-way matchingSundry and Buy-in invoice processing and query resolutionVendor payments - weekly, 20th, and end-of-month cyclesVendor reconciliations and international paymentsGeneral journal entries and month-end supportMaintaining records using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)Supporting ad hoc finance and administrative tasksWhat You'll Bring:
