Want to join the ride?WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As a Resources Planner you will work closely with the resource coordinator, the operations team and a dedicated team of field service engineers at a global level to make sure we deliver the engineers with the right competences for the job at the right place and the right time. PREFERRED LOCATION: Mexico, Panama or Dominican RepublicAs a Resources Planner, you will focus on these responsibilities:
Receive requests via common resource area e-mail group and allocate resources as per profile analysis required in Field work orders through Planning Board to ensure availability of field staff. Support Resource Coordinators in managing the training, vacation, time off, and leave requirements of field staff through the planning framework to maintain uniform use of field staff, ensuring the best use and availability of the Field Service personnel encompassing coordination of Visa's, medicals, travel etc. Maintain confidentiality of personal details as appropriatePromote effective communication with other departments (CAC, CM, Sales, etc.
), according to needs and requirements, ensuring the satisfaction of internal and external customers. Assisting the Operations Coordinator with regular feedback from executed jobs. Support maintaining all information required in the Professional Skills Management tool. Monitor and control the monthly process KPIs in Resources, seeking to provide information to those responsible for identifying potential failures and improvements through action plans. Support Resource Coordinators in updating Talent area documentation in the local digital archive ensuring document quality, confidentiality, and standardization. Prepare and send reports to area managers with monthly results obtained by analyzing the KPIs monitored over the period.
