The Supervisors role will include but not be limited to:Engaging trades and monitoring progressForecasting monthly revenue according to project completion datesPreparing schedulesQuality assuranceAdherence to WH&S standardsClient liaisonManaging budgets resulting in the delivery of quality outcomes for clientsWorking alongside our Procurement team to onboard and manage our subcontractors and suppliers is also a key component of the role.Skills And ExperienceProven skills in construction supervision for building repairs to both domestic and commercial propertiesAbility to deal with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting prioritiesExperience working directly with clients, building consultants and construction related trades/suppliersStrong verbal and written communicationThorough understanding of the construction process from concept to handover and WHS requirementsAbility to interpret plans and engineers’ drawingsUnderstanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standardsDue to our business being heavily weather related and linked closely to major insurable events, overtime is occasionally required.Why join us?
