The Supervisor works alongside the team’s estimators, project coordinators, contractors/suppliers and key stake holders and reports to the Perth State Manager.Responsibilities include the delivery of site based WHS compliance requirements, overall delivery of works and site supervision of the allocated projects, ensuring high levels of site safety and quality, timely and cost-effective delivery of projects to our clients in line with legislative and company policies.Key Activities IncludeActive input into repair methodologies for each site-based projectOrganisation and scheduling of allocated projects Strong focus on client service level requirements and delivery time framesLiaising with all stakeholders to provide regular updatesAttending and chairing site meetings with circulation of minutesEngaging trades and monitoring progressForecasting monthly revenue according to project completion datesPreparing schedulesQuality assuranceAdherence to WH&S standardsClient liaisonManaging budgets resulting in the delivery of quality outcomes for clientsWorking with our Procurement team to onboard and manage our subcontractors and suppliersThe ability to travel within the whole of WA inclusive of driving, flying and overnight stays where required for the project.Key Professional Skills And Qualifications (required)Certificate III Carpentry and Building or equivalentMinimum five years working as a Site Supervisor/Foremen under a licensed builder running multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in both domestic and commercial construction projectsThe ability to accurately read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specificationsProficiency in the Microsoft suite of applicationsHigh attention to detail with excellent communication skillsKey Professional Skills And Qualifications (desirable)Certificate IV Building and ConstructionThorough understanding of the construction process, methodology, critical inspection/hold points, required statutory compliance and WHS complianceTrack record of establishing and maintaining long term relationships/accountsExceptional organisational and time management skillsWhy join us?
