Prepare Quantities surveying as steel reinforcement, concrete quantities for house, building, shafts, etc. Analyze all the given data and documents of the project. Prepare shop drawings for works (to obtain the optimum ratios) and submit it for endorsement before execution.
Prepare all shop drawings needed for execution for onsite and offsite works. Redevelop shop drawings according to the changes brought by the technical supervision. Issue the variation orders. Prepare the final drawings to be submitted in accordance with the quantity surveyor. Reviewing the construction drawings and matching them with the architect. Receiving and reviewing the completion of all the construction drawings for the building, including reinforcement, cutting columns and axes, etc. , from the consultant or the engineering department of the company. ISSUING steel RFT drawings and reviewing them with the project consultant and approving them.
Following up on the disbursement of RFT to contractors and making a log of the disbursed quantities and their dates,Reviewing the RFT waste for each contractor and sending a report to the project manager and Qs team. Making an inventory of the concrete quantities for some models to ensure their accuracy and discussing them with the consultant. Making a bending list & RFT cut sheet. Job requirements: Educational background and previous experience: Bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineering. Min. 5 years of experience.
