Main job duties and responsibilities: Creates and maintains a handover cycle. Inspects units that are ready to be delivered. Attends site visits to determine the units’ status. Create a template for the inspection reports. Collects units’ keys from the Projects Management department to deliver the units to the clients. Assists in updating the project’s database. Generate reports as requested. Ensure alignment between technical specifications and operational requirements. Assist in creating detailed handover documentation, encompassing project specifications, technical details, and operational procedures. Contribute to regular progress reports and status updates for the Handover Manager.
Reviews of project deliverables, identifying and addressing any discrepancies. Verify that projects meet established standards and requirements. Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and issue resolution during the handover phase. Actively contributes to the identification of areas for improvement in the handover process. Collaborate with the Handover Manager on implementing best practices and staying updated on industry trends. Job requirements: Bachelor degree in Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience.
