Responsibilities Assist the CFO in developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, financial reporting, risk management, compliance, and internal control. Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal policies. Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership including the Board. Support investing & fundraising activities, investment analysis, and capital structure optimization. Drive process improvements and automation within the finance function.
Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Act as a key advisor to the CFO and other executives on financial matters. Supporting any ad hoc projects as when requiredRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable. Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, IFRS, and corporate finance principles. Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
