You will be involved in the whole creation of CECI from start to finish: preparing the restaurant for a great night, welcoming & hosting guests, and creating an A++ guest experience. The candidate must be a true ambassador of the Aethos brand.Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:Make our guests feel at ease and create a great experiencePreparation of the restaurant and evening servicePreparing all necessary mise-en-placeEvening Service where everything works: from receipt to the payment requestClosing of the restaurant Clean agreed designated areas, in accordance with laid-down procedures, morning/evening routines, and hygiene requirementsCore Competencies:Fluent in English & Italian is a must2+ years of hospitality experience is a plusMust be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in generalFlexible schedule - long hours and regular evening event coverage is commonAbility to make thoughtful decisions and give constructive criticismMust be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by guestsMaintains regular attendance in compliance with Aethos Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotelComply with Aethos Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operationsMaximizes efforts towards productivity, identifies problem areas, and assists in implementing solutionsMaintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all timesWe are very much looking forward to your application.Application should be in English.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
