Waiter/Waitress

As a member of Waiting or Bar Staff you will play a key role in providing amazing experiences for our guests. You will be the face of our business for every guest that walks through our door so we’re looking for waiting staff who enjoy working with people and are passionate about delivering the highest standards of guest service.The ideal candidates must;Providing a friendly, personalised welcome to guestsPreparing and setting up the restaurantOffering an attentive food and beverage service to guestsPromoting food and beverage offers and up-sellingTidying and cleaning the restaurant following serviceWorking as part of a team to ensure departmental targets are achievedWe are looking for staff for breakfast shifts (typically 07:00-15:00) and evening shifts (typically 15:00-23:00) Split shifts do occur (07:00/18:00)Regular weekend shiftsOwn transport is beneficial due to location.What We Need From YouPrevious experience in a similar role is preferable but not essentialA willingness to learnHands-on approachPositive, enthusiastic attitudeAttention to detailStrong communication skillWork with initiativeAble to work calmly under pressureTeam-playerSmart personal appearanceHours of Work and PayWe have full and part time position available to include bank holidays and weekend working on a shift basis due to the nature of our business.
