As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming mannerTake accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating knowledge of menu items and daily specialsServe food and drinks promptly and efficiently, adhering to established service standardsMaintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stationsProcess payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactionsCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and deliveryAddress guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionallyAssist in opening and closing procedures of the restaurantComply with all food safety and hygiene regulationsParticipate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance service qualityAdapt to varying work schedules and assist in other areas of the restaurant as neededQualificationsDiploma or degree in hospitality preferredMinimum of 1 year experience in a 4-5 star hotel or upscale restaurant setting (fresh graduates may be considered)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanorAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentBasic math skills for handling financial transactionsPhysical stamina to stand and walk for extended periodsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysKnowledge of food safety and hygiene practicesProficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectivelyTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as neededAdditional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
