Lead the overall creative vision and conceptual design development for the company’s renovation projects, including attractions, restaurants, and outdoor public spaces. Ensure all designs embody strong thematic storytelling and enhance the experiential and artistic atmosphere of each location. 2. Drive innovative ideas in interior and themed architectural design, delivering core creative concepts and ensuring high-quality implementation of design solutions. 3.
Collaborate closely with external design agencies and coordinate internal and external team resources to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. 4. Participate in internal presentations and cross-departmental communication to effectively convey design concepts and gain alignment and support for design proposals within the company. 5. Oversee the project implementation process, ensuring that the final outcome aligns with the original design intent and brand standards. RequirementsEducation: • Bachelor’s degree or above in Interior Design, Architectural Design, or a related field. Work Experience: • Experience in high-end hotel design, themed architecture, or theatre/performing arts venue projects is preferred.
• Prior creative design experience within client-side organizations or mixed client-agency environments (pure agency backgrounds will not be considered). Professional Skills: • Strong ability to provide core creative direction and conceptual design proposals, with excellent aesthetic judgment and design insight. • Familiarity with the full process and standards of themed space design. Language Skills: • Fluent in English, capable of working in an English-speaking environment and engaging in international communication (foreign candidates are welcome). Other Requirements: • Strong cross-team communication and project coordination skills. • Portfolio must demonstrate high-quality, storytelling, and creative projects (e. g. , flagship stores, themed landscapes, luxury hotel spaces).
